Drama Club

Each spring, the Abelard Drama class performs a full-length play as an extension of the literature studied in the English program. The teacher/directors for these productions are professional actors and directors from such internationally-renowned companies as Soulpepper, giving our students invaluable insight into the real world of the theatre.


Past productions have included:
Twelfth Night, by William Shakespeare
A Midsummer Night's Dream, by William Shakespeare
Inherit the Wind, by Jerome Lawrence and Robert Edwin Lee
The Physicists, by Friedrich Durrenmatt
Twelve Angry Men, by Reginald Rose
